I love shopping in Bangkok!

I love shopping in Bangkok!

Thailand is so fun!!! Almost died laughing there. And I did so many stupid things there. Guess I will always remain like this. Didn't have much time to shop to my fill there. Though I guess I am the one who bought the most stuff there.

Came back with 4 pairs of shoes, 12- 14 tops, 2 belts, 1 watch, 4 bags, 4 bras, 3 undies, 2 bikinis, 2 toe rings, 1 vicer, 2 bracelets, nicely painted nails with nail art and ZERO bottoms. Buying bottoms there is so difficult. Especially when you can't really get to try on in most places.

Skelan bought me quite a number of stuff too. Hee hee. Including a miniature size of himself as a handphone accessory. Have been searching high and low for that in Singapore. So glad that he found it while I was happily doing my nails. And he got me one Italy t-shirt with 4 stars. Yippee!!! So fitting on me. Matches so well with my Puma Italy jacket. That clever boy.

First 2 days were spent at Pattaya. Not much shopping there. The only things worth mentioning was the Ripley's Adventure museum and we spent one hour plus under the hot sun walking to Big C from our hotel when we could have just taken a tuk-tuk and upon reaching there we discovered that we have walked one big round.

Went MBK upon reaching Bangkok and we had our dinner in our suite. The suite consist of 3 bedrooms, one living room, one dining room, a small kitchen and a huge balcony. We hang around the balcony every night talking under the moon.

The next day was spent at CTC. Had so much fun bargaining there. And the puppies there were super duperly cute. Squrriels, snakes and other funny animals sold there too. Went back to our temporary home to wash up and went to a night bazzar. All the stuffs sold from stall to stall were almost the same. So nothing happening there.

Went to do up my nails and did some last minute grabs on lingerie at MBK just before the flight. The whole 5 days zoomed past so quickly.

Had so much fun and laughter throughout the 5 days. Though my stupid menses had to come right on the first day I reached Pattaya.

Didn't really take much photos there. Was too busy shopping. Photos will be uploaded once I got the time.

And I guess the "Oh ya hor! DONG!!!" incident is gonna stay for a year. *whine*

My fun filled adventure is over. It is now back to days where I only work, give tuition, sleep. Routined life. I don't really like it. Looking forward to the next trip.

We have agreed on another Bangkok trip next July. I want to include Dreamworld too!!!

Interesting days

Interesting days

My life has been so fun-filled for the past weekend and this coming week.

Went to Kelly's 21st birthday on Sat. Her pair of twin daughters are irresistably cute. Then went to Chris' house with Hui and Tay for mahjong.

Watched a super boring supposedly horror movie on Sunday. Campus ghost story. I am grading it half a star upon 5. Alot of people left during that 2 hour show. And the effects of supposedly scary parts made the scene so hilarious that I can't help bursting out laughing, together with a few more of the movie-goers. Apart from those funny scenes, the rest of the movie was simply boring. The worst horror movie I have ever watched. The plot sucks. It isn't even about campus ghost story. Nothing about haunted school. Nothing about horrifying school tale. Nothing about mysterious creeps lurking around the school. I feel so cheated!!! After the show I reached home about 1am. Then received a call from Hui to play mahjong at her place. Even offered to come fetch me. So of coz I went. Played till 6am and reached home for sleep.

Woke up at 10.30 in the morning. Too excited, so woke up and can't get back to sleep. Coz I am going to the Zoo!!! Reached the Zoo at 1pm. Zoo was so fun! Lots of things to see and it took us 5 hours of continuous walking to complete the whole Zoo journey. Weather was great but a little humid. And there were so many kids from different schools on excursions. We didn't get to see any animal shows coz the timing wasn't too right. Overall, Singapore Zoo is so interesting!!! After Zoo I went over to see my son and get some stuffs. My son looks like a monster now. Gotta send him for grooming soon. Then went Labrador Park to catch the last few minutes of the sunset and dinner was settled at Crystal jade. The dim sum almost stuffed me to death. Ate till my stomach almost bursted. After dinner we went Mount Faber. The night scenery of Singapore is so beautiful. Then we drove to Changi to watch planes landing and taking off. So fun. Reached home at 1 plus and went straight to sleep. Such a fun and enjoyable day.

Already packed my lugguage. Setting off in 2 more days for Pattaya and Bangkok. Didn't bring much stuff. I can practically buy everything there. 2 more days...

Italy won!!!

Italy won!!!

Nothing to do in office again. I am bored to death. So decides to spend time blogging.

So Italy won!!! Yippee!!! Was watching the match till I almost fell asleep. But managed to keep myself awake till the penalty. Was so gan geong. Cause erm... Italy seldom won in penalties. But all the shots went in! Woah!!!

Just before the match started, I got the Puma Italy jacket that I have been craving for for the past few months since February. Was in dismay when everywhere sold out the jacket. Left with only odd sizes. But that funny one searched the whole Queensway S.C and managed to got me one small size!!! I was so elated can? And surprised cause I never thought that he can find one for me. Appreciate his efforts. Love the jacket to the tiniest bits. But lack of one star on the jacket now. Should be four. Hee hee hee.

Went shopping alone on Monday before he came to meet me for movie. Watched Just My Luck. Very funny movie. Decided to catch it after high recommendations from a few people. It's okay. Not a bad show.

Seems like there are alot of good shows coming up. Pirates of the Carribean, Lady in the Water, Stay Alive. I am a movie freak. Especially towards horror movie but I can jump with fright from the most minute thrill. That's why he always say he got shocked not through the attack from the movie, but from my frightened jump. I am timid I know...

Will be on leave on Thursday. I can see Bangkok nearing. As I was telling Joanne while we were at Shell after Mambo, we will be the happiest people in the world at this time next week. So excited. Can't wait!!! I am going to shop, do manicure, eat, go for massage if time allows... So much things to do!!! And I must wake up early for the hotel breakfast every morning. Hee hee.

Busy

Busy

Sunday evening. Still in office. Feeling so worn out. World Cup final tonight. Keeping my fingers crossed that Italy wins the cup.

Been rather ocuppied these 2 weeks, especially when my tuitions resumed. Keep forcing myself to go for the tuitions. Just thinking about the money I get from work and tuitions keeps me smiling. *haha* There are so many things I want to buy. A Gucci wallet, Guci bag, New handphone (Yes I am thinking for forsaking my 3 month old N6280), a diamond ring. Not to mention those pretty apparels and shoes I see when I go on shopping.

11 more days to Pattaya and Bangkok. So looking forward. But just hope they do not get high blood pressure talking to me. I don't do it on purpose. Perhaps I am just born like that. *duh*

I am lazy to jot down what I have done for the past 2 weeks. Just a short summary: Went Marina South with Hui and Mr Tay for steamboat bbq, caught Superman Returns, Re-cycle (Good show), Scary movie 4.

It's been one week plus since the prohibition of smoking in open-area eating places has been passed down. So troublesome having to always fight for the mere 20% of the seats being reserved for smokers. I don't smoke. But like 8 out of my 10 friends smoke. In fact, I hate smokers. Contradictory huh? I will never ever marry a smoker. You know why? Here's my logic. Smoking increases the risk of getting a lung cancer. Stop arguing smokers. This is a known research study result. And imagine my husband smokes and he contracted lung cancer or whatever throat or blah blah blah cancer, at the age of let's say 45. And sad to say, he died. What am I going to do? Left with 2 or 3 young kids to take care of, housing loan or perhaps car loan and many many different loans or instalments to pay for. He died cause of smoking and I have to bear the consequences. WTF. I won't let that happen man. That's why in the past I forced Weilie to quit smoking. But erm... you know, we didn't work out. Perhaps I am being selfish to think this way. But of coz I will want both to grow old together healthily.

Don't know what time will I be able to knock off. Still have to go Bugis m)phosis to collect my top. They don't do transfers. What inflexible policy. As a result, I always have to hop from outlet to outlet coz their small size runs out so fast and I have to get them to reserve the size for me at whatever outlet they have. After collecting my top I am going to do some shopping. *hehe* And off I go watching the finals at night. Still haven't decide where to go.
